International/Domestic Departure Lobby on the 2nd Floor

Terminal 3 has no arrival lobbies as it is a terminal for low-cost carriers. Take the elevator up to the 2nd floor after you undergo a customs inspection.

All facilities for customers are on the 2nd floor. The structure of the building is simple because it is a terminal for low-cost carriers. However, big and noticeable signs are displayed as this terminal is the newest building of all other terminals.

There are the currency exchanges, information counters, bus ticket sales counters for customers bound for Tokyo, train ticket vending machines etc.

There are some shops and a food court too.

Check-in Counter

In case you transfer to a domestic airline or leave Japan, you can do your departure procedure at the check-in counters on the 2nd floor.

Multipurpose Restrooms

The multipurpose restrooms are well-equipped to satisfy needs of wheelchair users.

Transport to Tokyo

You can go to Tokyo mainly by train or bus. Here is the official website for more information.

You must buy a bus ticket for your destination and get on a bus at the bus stop. You might want to be at the bus stop at least 5 minutes prior to your departure time.

When you use a train, you have to take a train from Terminal 2. In that case, you should walk through the access corridor to Terminal 2 or take the terminal shuttle bus.

Elevators are installed at some important points. Wheelchair users would have no difficulties when they need to go down to the 1st floor.

You would be able to walk through the access corridor in about 10 minutes.

The terminal shuttle buses are running at 5-minute intervals. Bus drivers place a board between the bus entrance and the street sidewalk when a wheelchair user gets on and off. You would feel comfortable as they set your wheelchair at the wheelchair space in a skillful way.

These yellow buses are the terminal shuttle buses running between the terminals.
