Four of us gathered at Hamamatsucho station (JY28・JK23). “Minato-ward Barrier-free guide” brochure is available at the tourist information center adjacent to the elevator of the Tokyo-Monorail station (MO01).

Moving to Takeshiba station (U03) of the Yurikamome line without barrier.

It was hard to find the elevator to get up to the Yurikamome station. Note that the elevator is facing the Takeshiba deck!

You can find a wheelchair mark on the platform. Station staff will assist wheelchair passengers to get on.

12:20 Flat access to the “Decks Tokyo Beach” from Odaiba Kaihinkoen station (U06).

You can enjoy the view from the deck on a wheelchair.

There is a wheelchair accessible toilet on the third floor of the Decks Tokyo Beach.

Moving to the mini shopping district on the fourth floor in the Seaside Mall.

Moving to “Takoyaki Museum” in the shopping district.

There is a slope even inside of the cramped museum. You can access the beach-view seats by the window.
